About Dan

Dan Watson has been married to his wife, Jo, for 17 years, and together they are raising four incredible young children. With over a decade of pastoral leadership in London, he now serves as the Pastor of Passion City Church Trilith in Atlanta. A dynamic communicator and visionary leader, Dan is passionate about building authentic community, inspiring creativity, developing leaders, influencing culture, and helping people encounter and respond to the gospel.

Dan’s journey is one of transformation. Growing up in London, he faced domestic violence, homelessness, and rejection, but everything changed when he encountered the life-changing power of the gospel. Rooted in his local youth ministry, he felt the undeniable call of God and never looked back. Overcoming immense challenges, he went on to earn multiple degrees and dedicated his life to investing in the next generation.

For 10 years, Dan served on the Executive Leadership Team at Hillsong Church UK, first as the National Youth and Young Adults Pastor and later as the London UK Pastor. He and Jo led a thriving ministry, gathering thousands in worship and discipleship in one of the world’s most challenging cities. His leadership extended beyond the church, providing guidance to the Mayor of London and fostering partnerships with the Metropolitan Police to impact communities.

Now in the U.S., Dan continues to lead with passion, conviction, and a relentless drive to see lives changed by the gospel. Whether on platform preaching, mentoring leaders & teams, or engaging with the community around him, his mission remains the same—to see people step into their God-given purpose and live for the Glory of God.
